I’m the co-author, with Lou Harry, of the novel The High-Impact Infidelity Diet, published by Crown, among other works.
Nonfiction
I’ve published stuff on subjects ranging from Kurt Vonnegut to canine flatulence in magazines and anthologies and twice won first place awards from the Indiana chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.
Screenwriting
I'm a member of the Writers Guild of America, east, and am writing a feature for Relativity Media. You can see some of my work for much much much much much smaller screens, like the web series Rust Belt Rep, here. My screenplay The Wrestler (no, not that The Wrestler), co-authored with Andy Cobb, was a finalist in the Slamdance Screenplay Competition.
Cartooning
My daily comic strip Bleak Street ran for several years in the Indiana Daily Student and attracted multiple angry letters.
